Business Analyst/Tester

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst/Tester to support a client project in a collaborative team environment. The role will identify functional requirements, create and test user stories, support application quality assurance, prepare design sessions, provide technical support, maintain documentation and training materials, and assist the Scrum Master and team members.

What you'll do:

• Identify functional requirements and create user stories
• Test developed stories and ensure application QA
• Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
• Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
• Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed

• * Required to report to client site 4 times a week with option for 1 day remote
• * Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relavent experience in place of a degree
• * Minimum 1 year of related experience
• * Experience with Business Requirement Analysis
• * Experience with Agile Project Management
• * Experience with JIRA Ticketing
• * Experience with Manual Testing
• * Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
