Business Data Analyst

A Full Renovation – Interiors & Design is hiring a Business Data Analyst to support interior design and remodeling operations through business requirements analysis, process documentation, and decision-support reporting. The role involves evaluating process changes, coordinating with stakeholders, documenting workflows and requirements, and preparing clear status updates and comparison materials.

What you'll do:

• Support evaluation of proposed process changes using defined criteria and available evidence
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm expected outcomes and acceptance criteria
• Prepare clear status updates covering decisions, open questions, and next actions
• Keep analysis grounded in documented facts rather than unsupported assumptions about business needs
• Document current workflows, inputs, outputs, decision points, and known pain areas
• Prepare process notes, requirement summaries, and structured comparison documents

• Clear written communication and disciplined documentation habits
• Ability to listen for conflicting requirements and ask focused follow-up questions
• Ability to separate confirmed requirements from ideas still under discussion
• Willingness to learn business systems, process terminology, and reporting concepts
