Business Data Analyst

MAI Animal Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join their team. In this entry-level role, you will support the Senior Business Data Analyst by assisting with reporting, dashboard updates, data accuracy, and business process improvement projects.

What you'll do:

• Assist with gathering and reviewing business data and reporting needs
• Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and KPI tracking
• Review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Perform basic data analysis to help identify trends, errors, or areas for improvement
• Support reporting requests from departments across the organization
• Assist with ERP-related reporting, data cleanup, and system projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to help ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Prepare summaries, reports, and basic analysis for internal teams and management
• Communicate findings and updates in a clear and professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Interest in manufacturing, animal health, business operations, or process improvement
