BrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to expand our referral network throughout the community. What You’ll Do
- Develop new referral sources including hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations
- Build lasting relationships through face-to-face visits, presentations, networking events, and Lunch & Learns
- Promote BrightStar Care’s private duty and skilled nursing services
- Generate new business through prospecting, community outreach, phone calls, email, and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing referral partners and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Track activity and referrals in our CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and growth goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
- Healthcare, home care, hospice, medical sales, or senior living experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
