Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Unaka Company Inc. is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support company growth through marketing initiatives, customer engagement, sales support, and market research. The role involves coordinating marketing and event activities, supporting customers and sales operations, researching business opportunities, and assisting with lead generation and growth initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Assist with social media planning, content creation, and engagement
• Create marketing materials, graphics, presentations, and promotional content
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Support branding and promotional initiatives
• Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests
• Process orders and maintain CRM records
• Follow up on sales opportunities and customer accounts
• Support onboarding of new commercial customers
• Research new markets, customers, and sales opportunities
• Identify opportunities within commercial, retail, online, and government sectors
• Assist with sales presentations, market research, and growth initiatives
• Support lead generation and prospecting efforts
