Business Excellence Intern

MAHLE Senica is a leading international development partner and systems supplier to the automotive industry. They are seeking a Business Excellence Intern to support data management and analysis, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of master data within distribution center operations.

What you'll do:

• Ensure that all master data is updated to support the efficiency and accuracy within distribution center operations
• Support Business Excellence team on data analysis
• Update master data fields in SAP PRD and PEW modules. This includes product master data for components and finished goods, customer master data, and potentially vendor master data
• Update and revise work instructions and other documentation
• Create training videos to support the appropriate knowledge transfer to full time employees
• Other duties and responsibilities may be required

What they're looking for:

• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented instructions
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills
• Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, or other business analytics tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Power Bi is a plus
• Familiarity with driving a Forklift is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and email communication is preferrable
