Business Intelligence Analyst

## Job Description - Coordinates continuous improvement initiative ideas between personnel and management using established tools - Produces daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as assigned - Regularly examines data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues - Participates in projects and other tasks as assigned - Communicates the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers - Processing confidential data and information - Helping develop and modify reports as required to meet program needs - Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata. - Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting - Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems - Generating reports from single or multiple - Troubleshooting the reporting database environment ensuring tools and reports are working with latest software revision requirements - Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business - Create data tools for analytics and team members that assist them in building and optimizing product workflows ## Qualifications - To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics or related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age. ## Preferred Additional Skills - Experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products - Experience with writing SQL, developing Power BI, working with relational databases - Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports - Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
