Business Intelligence Analyst Internship (Innovation & Data Science)

Businessolver is seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to support the Product Innovation Team through hands-on work in data analysis and business intelligence. The role focuses on optimizing SQL queries, visualizing data, analyzing enhancements, participating in coding and testing, and documenting changes.

What you'll do:

• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize a number of tasks effectively
• Must have great communication skills for providing customer service, taking instruction and providing thorough documentation
• Available at least 30 hours a week
• Work on modifying and optimizing SQL queries
• Able to work on BI tools to visualize the data and find some insights
• Innovative design and analysis of enhancements
• Actively participate in discussions, coding, and testing
• Test and document coding changes

What they're looking for:

• Must currently enrolled and at least completed 3rd year in bachelor's degree (4-year applicable college program) or 1st year in master's degree
• Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize a number of tasks effectively
• Must have great communication skills for providing customer service, taking instruction and providing thorough documentation
• Advance Excel skills
• Familiarity with Python and SQL
• Intermediate to Advance visualization skill set desired
• Knowledge of AWS preferred (not required)
