Business Operating System Intern

Springs Window Fashions is a North American window covering company focused on creating positive experiences for its associates, consumers, business partners, and communities. The Business Operating Systems Intern will support operational efficiency by analyzing data and workflows, developing reporting tools, documenting processes, and assisting with system improvements, quality templates, and manufacturing systems playbooks.

What you'll do:

• Support data collection, cleansing, validation, and maintenance activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of operational and performance reporting
• Assist in the development, testing, and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and analytics tools used across business functions
• Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends, performance opportunities, and process improvement insights
• Support documentation, auditing, and evidence management activities related to operational standards, SBOS maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with process automation and digital tool development to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, test solutions, and improve user adoption of reporting and workflow management tools
• Conduct data analysis and research to identify trends, performance opportunities, and process improvement insights
• Assist in the development, testing, and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and analytics tools used across business functions
• Support documentation, auditing, and evidence management activities related to operational standards, SBOS maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the quality team to define standardized process and template structures
• Review current documentation and identy gaps or inconsistencies
• Develop a controlled library for process, producure and WI templates

• Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, and have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
