Business Operations Analyst

Argenta is a global contract research and contract development and manufacturing organization dedicated to animal health. The Business Operations Analyst will support NetSuite administration, financial and project operations, reporting, learning management systems, Salesforce contracts, and regulatory reporting for the Americas CRO team.

What you'll do:

• Administer and support NetSuite, serving as day-to-day point of contact for system users
• Review timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and compliance
• Add employees to projects and ensure proper training is provided
• Assist with month end activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Create projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and other related records
• Create and maintain the month end close calendar
• Update project financials in Monday.com following month end close
• Assist with reporting and data validation
• Add and manage LMS (Learning Management Users) users
• Set up new courses within the LMS
• Retrieve and distribute training certificates for appropriate personnel
• Assist with regulatory and clinical contracts within Salesforce

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Strong Excel and data-validation skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ownership and follow through
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, particularly during month end close
• Ability to multitask and handle several requests simultaneously
• Experience in Animal Health preferred but not required
• Prior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a Learning Management system is a plus
