tms unites technology, marketing, and sourcing to drive transformational change for leading brands. The Business Operations Intern will support reporting, ERP system updates, project management for internal creative projects, resource management administration, and ad hoc operational initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Our Biz Ops Intern will assist with monthly and one-off reporting requests across departments, teams, and lines of business; daily support on monitoring and updating basic project info in our ERP system; providing project management support on internal based creative projects (setting up kick off meetings, reviews, etc.); assisting resource managers with administrative tasks; and involvement with ad hoc projects as they become available

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate
• GPA: 3.0 or higher
• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter
