About this role
Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is a provider of complex sheet metal and machined production parts, assemblies, and weldments for multiple end markets. The Business Systems Analyst supports stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and IT teams by gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP initiatives, including implementations, data validation, and user support across manufacturing sites.
What you'll do:
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations
- Support the translation of business needs into process flows, functional designs, and system configurations
- Help maintain standardized processes and documentation across multiple plants/sites
- Participate in ERP implementation activities including testing, training, and deployment support
- Support Epicor Kinetic modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, MRP, Finance) under guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams on reporting, data validation, and issue resolution
- Assist plant operations teams in improving production reporting, data accuracy, and system adoption
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and end-user documentation
- Help track project tasks, action items, and follow-ups across implementation efforts
What they're looking for:
- • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field

- • Willingness to travel 50–75% to support onsite implementations, training, and go-live activities
- • M-F
- • 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or manufacturing-related role preferred
- • Exposure to ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred but not required)
- • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (shop floor operations, inventory, or supply chain)
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to learn quickly and translate business needs into structured documentation
- • Internship or hands-on experience supporting ERP implementation or system enhancements
- • Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboards
- • Familiarity with manufacturing environments or operations workflows
