Business Systems Analyst Intern

Athene is a retirement services company offering internships focused on meaningful work and innovative solutions for customers and the industry. The Business Systems Analyst Intern will assist with system change testing, departmental initiatives, application-related process improvements, and documentation of processes and data analysis.

What you'll do:

• Assist the team in gathering information and testing new system changes
• Responsible for assisting full time staff with various initiatives within the actuarial and information technology departments
• Promote and build efficiencies and process improvements for application related activities
• Provide strong documentation over processes and data analysis performed

What they're looking for:

• Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for Fall term 2027
• Pursuit of four-year degree in Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or other related field required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively meet deadlines
• Experience with Excel, Visual Basic, SAS, SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is preferred
