Business Systems Analyst Intern

Concord Group Insurance is a mutual insurance company that provides insurance solutions for families and small businesses across New England. The Business Systems Analyst Intern will support the IT Department by translating business needs into requirements, analyzing processes, collaborating with technical and business teams, and assisting with testing and documentation.

What you'll do:

• Translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Analyzing business processes and system needs to support effective technology solutions
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to review requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Developing test scenarios and assisting with application testing to validate functionality and requirements
• Producing and maintaining requirements, process, and system documentation
• Helping us build an even better internship experience through your insights and feedback
• At the conclusion of your summer internship, you will present your work, skills, achievements and experience to our senior leadership team

• Experience with data analysis, business process analysis, and using AI tools to support requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development is a plus
