Call Center Patient Recruiter (Clinical Research)

CenExel conducts Phase I to Phase IV clinical trials across specialized research centers. The Call Center Patient Recruiter connects with potential study participants by phone, performs initial screenings according to study protocols, and schedules screening appointments while following clinical research regulations and company procedures.

What you'll do:

• Maintain a professional relationship with potential study participants
• Performs the initial telephone screening of patients, per study protocols
• Managing a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner
• Schedules screening appointments in Clinical Conductor
• Makes reminder phone calls as needed
• Supports and ensures strictest adherence to best practices, FDA Code of Federal Regulations, ICH (International Conference on Harmonization), GCP (Good Clinical Practices), CenExel standard operating procedures, site working Practices, protocol, and company guidelines and policies
• Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all inclusive

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Must have the ability to perform detail-oriented work, have basic computer skills and follow up on assignments
