- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish required.
- 3�5 years of experience in localized recruitment, community promotion, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate student information systems and enrollment software (e.g., SchoolMint).
- Must have reliable transportation for local travel between the campus, community events, and neighborhood businesses.

- Exceptional public speaking, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, data entry, and event planning capabilities.

- Assess community assets within a targeted radius of the campus to establish and sustain community partnerships with local businesses, daycares, community centers, and youth organizations.
- Maintain a current, organized database of local business partnerships and community contacts to share with campus leadership.
- Execute targeted, off-site presentations and setup informational tables at high-traffic local businesses and neighborhood community hubs.
- Lead grass-roots neighborhood walks and door-to-door presentations in the immediate residential zones surrounding the school.
- Coordinate and attend local community events, youth sports leagues, and informational fairs to drive hyper-local brand awareness.
- Maintain a visible and welcoming presence on campus to assist prospective families, support front office engagement, and promote positive family experiences.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct personalized on-campus tours for prospective families, showcasing the school's culture, facilities, and academic benefits.
- Assist with campus recruitment materials, event preparation, flyer distribution, and other recruitment-related operational tasks.
- Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of campus Open Houses, Information Sessions, and new parent orientation events to acclimate families to the campus culture.
- Work collaboratively with the Principal and designated campus staff to integrate teachers and student ambassadors into recruitment events.
- Registrar Partnership: Work in close synchronization with the Campus Registrar to monitor the enrollment pipeline, tracking students from "applied" to "fully enrolled" status.
- Assist parents through the entire application process, providing technical support with online applications (SchoolMint) or paper forms.
- Serve as the immediate, personal point of contact for prospective families, answering incoming calls, texts, and emails with urgency.
- Cultivate and engage the campus waitlist post-lottery through sustained communication and ongoing nurture campaigns.
- Facilitate the "Welcome to Jubilee" orientation logistics, aiming for a 90% attendance rate to ensure families successfully transition from accepted applicants to registered students.
- Track daily/weekly progress toward campus enrollment goals, utilizing data to make rapid, meaningful adjustments to recruitment strategies.
- Join weekly check-ins with the District Manager to receive ongoing direction, feedback, and coaching.
- Respond to urgent, after-hours inquiries from prospective families as practically necessary.
- Convey Jubilee Academies' mission passionately to the public to encourage community support and enrollment.
- Promote a constructive, thoughtful, and inclusive environment that celebrates students and staff from all cultural backgrounds.
- Communicate effectively in a manner that promotes and sustains the unique Jubilee culture.
- Ability to work outdoors in direct sunlight or wintry weather conditions during community events and neighborhood walks.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (recruitment banners, tents, tables, and materials).
- Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk continuously throughout the day during campus tours and outreach events.

Reports To: District Recruitment & Enrollment Manager in collaboration with Campus APO/DOC
Length of Term/Employment: 223 days, At-will
Position Mission
The Campus-Based Student Recruiter is the primary ambassador for their assigned campus. This role is responsible for driving enrollment by fostering local interest, building strong community partnerships, hosting engaging campus tours, and working closely with the Campus Registrar and Regional Student Recruiter to ensure a seamless and supportive enrollment process for families.
