About this role

CBRE’s National Partners – North Central team supports industrial capital markets transactions across Midwest markets. The Capital Markets Operations Analyst will support transactions from request for proposal through due diligence and closing, including preparing marketing materials, researching markets and tenants, coordinating transaction activities, managing data, and providing administrative and operational support.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and design proposals, offering materials, memos and presentations for assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Develop written executive summaries for individual property marketing materials or multiple property portfolios
  • Research and develop written summary of individual or multiple tenants in buildings that are being marketed
  • Conduct property tours and market tours with clients and/or third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with client on data management, ensuring accurate records and reporting for preparation of marketing materials
  • Research demographics, market trends, and additional market information as needed for project specific deliverables
  • Manage the due diligence process and drive the marketing and closing activities for each transaction by leveraging market knowledge, including market statistics, comparable sales, and research data, while maintaining regular communication with the team and clients
  • Generate basic reports and use data from multiple sources. This includes drafting process improvements and providing recommendations for Operations Director
  • Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings, conferences and events. May schedule appointments, keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations
  • Assist with vendor management, invoice processing, and expense tracking as needed
  • Prepare materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, and sales agreements
