Caregiver High Volume Recruiter, Home Care

Elara Caring provides personalized healthcare services in patients’ homes and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its home care hiring mission. The role partners with hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, manages the full recruiting lifecycle, and uses analytics and innovative recruiting channels to identify talent.

What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent based on unique business needs
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables
• Utilize data and market analytics to provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify stellar talent in the market

What they're looking for:

• One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and attention to detail skills
• 3+ years of Recruiting Experience preferred
