We have openings. Full-time, part-time, or whatever fits your life — we build schedules around real people, not the other way around.

$18–$21 per hour. Paid every two weeks, with same-day pay available if you need it sooner.

What the work actually looks like:

You'll be in someone's home, helping them stay there. That means helping with bathing and dressing, getting to the bathroom, moving safely from a chair to a walker. Making lunch. Running the vacuum. Reminding them about their pills. Sitting with them when the afternoon gets long.

Some of our clients have dementia. Some are recovering from surgery. Some just need someone in the house so their daughter can go to work without worrying. You'll be matched with clients who fit your experience and your comfort level.

The best caregivers we've ever had shared one thing: they showed up when they said they would, and they noticed things. That's it. The rest we can teach.

What we're looking for

At least six months of hands-on caregiving experience (paid or caring for a family member — both count)

California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to get registered (it's straightforward and we'll walk you through it)
Current TB clearance
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Comfortable with hands-on personal care

We're seeking dedicated, reliable caregivers to care for our wonderful long-time clients in North and South Orange County. You'll see the same familiar faces, usually one or two clients a day, building the kind of trust that makes this work so rewarding. Good clients. Pleasant, manageable care. This is steady, dependable work: Guaranteed 30 to 40 hours if interested. Day shifts, Evening shifts and some NOC shifts, close to home, with the same schedule week after week. You get to spend your day caring for people!

Because we're looking for someone truly reliable, we will compensate for it: $18–$21 per hour, our premium rate, for the right caregiver.

What you'll do: help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family.
