This positions is located at our Memphis, TN location @ 813 Ridge Lake Blvd, Memphis, TN 38120

BASIC PURPOSE:  The Cash Coordinator will post cash collections (post payments) to debtor accounts and will process adjustments and corrections.   

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pull ACH/Wire payment data from bank website.
• Apply lockbox receipts to debtor invoices in the Winfactor system.
• Process daily balancing reports.
• Maintain cash dept email and process incoming debtor requests.
• Process cash corrections and adjustments.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in cash application and customer service environment preferred.

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry preferred.
  • 10-key by touch.
  • Able to type minimum of 50 wpm.
  • Detail oriented.
• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.

WORK LOCATION AND PAY

• This is a full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. This position is located on-site at our Memphis, TN Love's Factoring/Financials office
