Tailored for recent graduates, CDImmerse offers a gateway to launch your career in Business. - Throughout the program, participants will engage in four six-month rotations over a span of two years, gaining an insider's perspective and a foundation for their professional journey. - Participants will build connections with a diverse array of leaders, opening doors to future collaborations and opportunities. - Participants will experience CDI's culture through curated activities and events embodying the company's core values: Courage, Teamwork, Results, Integrity, and Passion. - The program equips participants with the skills, connections, and insights needed to flourish in their chosen career path. ## Overview The CDImmerse Business Track is for top-performing graduates with a passion for development and a drive to make an impact on CDI's business operations. As a CDImmerse Program Participant in the Business Track, you will embark on an immersive two-year development track featuring four rotations across various departments, including Finance, Accounting, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Gaming Operations, and other related business areas. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will enter into a full-time position with CDI. Each rotation will expose participants to crucial aspects of CDI's operations, including responsibilities for tasks, projects, and initiatives assigned by functional leaders. ## Qualifications - Recent graduate with a minimum completion of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field within the past six months or by May 2026.
