Certified Athletic Trainer (Per- Diem)- Jewett Orthopedic Institute, Florida West Coast

This role will be supporting our West Coast Florida partnerships! 

This is a Per-Diem (pool) position. Scheduled will be as neeeded. 

Education/Training 

• Master’s degree in related field or Bachelor’s in athletic training or related field and 3+ years relevant experience
• Preferred, 1 or more of the following: NASM-CES, NASM-PES, ISFTA-CPT, NSCA-CSCS, FMS, SFMA
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Licensure/Certification

• Maintains current certification as an Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) Board of Certification
  (BOC)
• Maintains current license as Athletic Trainer in the State of Florida, Department of Health
• Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider Certification.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and must be insurable under the Orlando Health insurance carrier’s requirements and standards.

• Practices efficient use and selection of supplies and equipment.
• Ensures complete documentation and accurate billing when applicable.
