Facility: Community Hospital of Stokes | Location: Danbury, NC | Position Type: PRN | Work Schedule: PRN Schedule, Variable Shifts

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience:
    • One year preferred.
    • One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Completion of NAI program, required.
    • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
    • Medication Safety - AME, required.
    • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility, and other routine needs
  • Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident comfort, privacy, and dignity
  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or status to the nursing team
  • Document care and assistance provided according to established procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
  • Work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse
  • Collaborate with the care team to support each resident’s individualized plan of care
