What We're Looking For:- Education: High school diploma required. Completion of NAI program required.
- Experience: One year preferred.
- Licensure/certification/registration: Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required. BLS Health Care Provider required. Medication Safety – AME required.
- Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Support patient mobility, comfort, and safety
- Measure and record vital signs as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide outstanding patient care
