About the Role

Support meaningful, individualized therapy for students - helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and life. Working under the supervision of a licensed OT, you’ll assist with treatment programs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain documentation to ensure student progress is tracked and celebrated. This role combines hands-on clinical support with compassionate connection and teamwork.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in delivering individualized treatment programs for students based on their IEPs or medical plans
  • Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations
  • Support and follow guidance from the supervising OT for therapy sessions and interventions
  • Conduct data collection and assist with initial and ongoing assessments
  • Help complete annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates to the OT and team

 

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
  • IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred:

  • Experience in school or pediatric clinical settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges
  • Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, mission-driven environment
