About this role
Bachelor's degree in a related field; demonstrated depth training/post-training transformer LLMs (SFT, RLHF, RLVR); expertise in PyTorch, LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT, distributed training (DeepSpeed, FSDP), and inference frameworks; travel 0–50%.
