Job Description
Oversees and manages brand outreach initiatives including commercial leasing activities and oversees Name Brand Fast Food (NBFF) and food training programs, including management of the corporate training budget and program effectiveness. Collaborates with the contracting team and Services Business Managers to support vendor partnerships and timely contract execution, establishes and maintains food policies to ensure compliance, and analyzes market conditions to inform strategic decision making.

Major Duties
Leads and oversees the initiation and execution of brand outreach initiatives to expand Exchange service offerings and support strategic business objectives.
Oversees NBFF and food training programs, including management of the corporate training budget and evaluation of program effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborates with the contracting team to support effective vendor partnerships, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and facilitate timely execution of contracts and agreements.
Establishes, implements, and maintains food policies to ensure compliance, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Manages audit response activities, including corrective action planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Researches and analyzes market conditions to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, supporting informed decision making and strategic planning.
Performs other duties as assigned.
