About this role
The Clinical Secretary consists of secretarial, receptionist, billing and administrative management assistance. This Clinical Secretary must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work in a team environment. This position includes responsibility for various correspondence, answering phones, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, maintaining statistics, preparing reports and other special projects or functions as directed by the Clinical Nurse Manager for the Unit. This Clinical Secretary has proficient computer skills with good understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook programs. This position requires an understanding of basic medical terminology. May assist with General IT issues.

Preferred qualifications:
- Current experience in a Clinical Secretary or Administrative Assistance role.
