Client Marketing Coordinator

Tenstreet is a fast-paced Software as a Service (SaaS) business providing solutions for the transportation industry. The Client Marketing Coordinator supports client digital marketing campaigns through ad placement, campaign monitoring, data analytics, market research, and client communication.

What you'll do:

• Working within Facebook, Google and other platforms to run marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and adjusting campaigns as needed
• Collaborating with teammates to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to clients
• Responding to and resolving client requests and questions, primarily via email
• Working with client marketing data and metrics
• Conducting new client vetting and online research
• Researching consumer requests for information
• Handling special projects as needed

• You're meticulous and have a strong attention to detail
• You teach yourself new things on a computer daily and are fluent in MS Office 365 and working in an internet browser
• You're a strong communicator and can easily build rapport with teammates and clients
• You are organized and not intimidated by (sometimes lengthy) to-do lists
• You're task-oriented, but can get stuff done even without all the information at the start
• You enjoy a challenging and fast paced work environment
• You deal positively with obstacles and failures in pursuit of challenging goals
• You're a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys learning, does so quickly, and enjoy solving problems
• Have experience with running ad campaigns across various platforms including Facebook and Google
