Client Operations Analyst

PayIt is a GovTech company that modernizes how residents interact and transact with government through connected services and payment solutions. The Client Operations Analyst manages operational workflows, triages issues, maintains documentation, prepares reports, and coordinates cross-functional follow-through to support a consistent client experience.

What you'll do:

• Triage and manage incoming operational requests, issues, and support activities
• Gather information, document findings, and escalate issues appropriately
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc operational reports
• Maintain client documentation, SOPs, operational records, and escalation paths
• Support release readiness activities, known issue tracking, and post-release monitoring
• Coordinate with Client Operations Managers, Support Engineering, Product Engineering, Implementations, and Client Success teams to drive operational follow-through
• Identify operational risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support client training and operational enablement activities as needed
