Client Service Analyst

Client Service Analyst

The Client Service Analyst will work with team to maintain overall client satisfaction and conduct daily communication (phone/email) with client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team on project related tasks in support of direct-to-consumer websites
• Monitor daily business activities for client initiatives
• Manage operational or project issues to resolution by working with internal functional teams
• Drive action plans associated with client initiatives
• Produce and distribute accurate daily reports in a timely manner
• Prepare monthly client service fee invoices

Qualifications

• College degree
• 2-3 years working experience, preferably with direct to consumer ecommerce

• Sound problem solving skills, business analysis skills
• Capability to understand basic financials (i.e. costs vs. revenue)
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy skills (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Ability to work within a team
• Ability to learn quickly
• Capability to multi-task
