Sr. Client Service Analyst
The Sr. Client Service Analyst is responsible for interfacing with the client and functional areas, acting as the primary tactical day to day relationship owner.
Responsibilities
- Engage with client in a timely and efficient manner by serving as the day to day contact ensuring all contractual elements of the SOW are being performed and if needed, as the escalation point/liaison within functional areas of company
- Responsible for updating client data and providing data functional areas by presenting data that is usable, accurate, descriptive and timely so that it may be most efficiently utilized
- Responsible for management of financial performance by updating the P&L, creating and submitting invoices to Accounts Payable monthly, managing Accounts Receivable with the client, and communicating projected revenue shifts internally
- Exhibit leadership throughout issue management by employing patience, understanding best business practices and balancing client expectations with available options for resolution
- Running standalone projects by working with the client and functional areas to gather scope, delegate project tasks, communicate project statuses internally and externally, and execute on deliverables within client approved timeline
- Perform difficult and complex work assignments involving independent judgment
- Leads a work stream or elements of a project
- Identify and solve operational gaps and owns financials and monthly invoicing
- Manage client expectations through proactive communication
- Lead, trains, and coaches others through the recognition of expertise within the area of practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- 3-5 years relevant working experience, required, preferably with direct to consumer ecommerce
