Leads and directs others in overseeing, streamlining, managing, tracking progress and costs, analyzing and reporting research business operation activities including creating and reporting metrics to improve productivity and efficiency. %3C/p%3E%3Cb%3EWhat You Will Do%3C/b%3E%3C/br%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3ETrack, manage, and report finances and accounting related to clinical research services and tasks performed by team. (40%).%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDevelop and monitor programs related to quality assurance and business projection (20%).%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssists Manager in developing budgets for studies and research services. (20%)%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETrack, manage, and report milestones and metrics related to research operations., (10%)%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EResponsible for ensuring compliance with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting guidelines to internal and external regulatory agencies (including CRC, NIH, FDA, CTSC, etc.) (5%)%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssists Manager in managing multiple committees and initatives to further grow and develop research services.
