About this role

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Cloud Application Analyst to join our team in either Jacksonville, Florida or Orlando, Florida.

The Cloud Application Analyst is responsible for the technical support, configuration, testing, change promotion, release readiness, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management product suite. This role supports day-to-day cloud application stability, resolves production issues, builds and configures system functionality, validates enhancements, promotes approved changes across environments, and supports the technical readiness process for Oracle quarterly releases.

The position is less focused on broad business analysis and more focused on hands-on SaaS application support, security and role troubleshooting, configuration management, data-load validation, integration support, reporting support, release testing, and controlled movement of changes through non-production and production environments.

  • Provide direct technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including issue triage, log review, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect resolution, environment validation, and escalation through Oracle support when needed.

  • Configure, maintain, and support Oracle HCM functionality, workflow, approvals, alerts, notifications, profile options, lookups, value sets, flexfields, security roles, data roles, and related application settings.

  • Build and test system changes in lower environments before promoting approved changes to production following change control, migration, validation, and post-implementation support standards.

  • Support Oracle quarterly release readiness by reviewing release readiness materials, assessing feature impacts, evaluating opt-in functionality, coordinating regression testing, documenting results, and validating production readiness.

  • Execute unit, system, integration, regression, security, data-load, and end-to-end testing for configuration changes, enhancements, fixes, integrations, reports, and release updates.

  • Support inbound and outbound data movement using tools and processes such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, HCM Extracts, scheduled processes, file-based loads, and related error-handling procedures.

  • Troubleshoot HCM security, role provisioning, data access, workflow routing, approval rules, authentication issues, and user access defects in partnership with security and identity management teams.

  • Monitor and resolve application incidents, service requests, defects, recurring issues, and performance concerns to improve system reliability, supportability, and end-user experience.

  • Support Oracle reporting and data validation tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, subject areas, secured views, extracts, and scheduled reports used for operational support and issue resolution.

  • Maintain configuration documentation, technical design notes, test scripts, migration notes, release notes, support procedures, and technical knowledge articles for supported HCM modules.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered where appropriate.

  • A minimum of three or more years of experience supporting enterprise cloud applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or another large-scale SaaS HR technology platform, preferably in a healthcare environment required.

  • Relevant Oracle Cloud certification, project management, IT service management, information security, data governance, or healthcare interoperability-related credentials preferred.
