- Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Drive the automation of infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and toil reduction to minimize manual operational overhead.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 4+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps/SRE roles, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.
- AWS Cloud Expertise: Deep hands-on experience, deploying, and operating production workloads in AWS, leveraging both managed services (e.g., DynamoDB, S3, IAM, VPC) and compute offerings.
- Kubernetes & EKS: Proven expertise in managing production-grade Kubernetes environments using Amazon EKS, including cluster upgrades, networking, and scaling.
- Incident Management Leadership: Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and maturing Incident Management frameworks in a complex enterprise environment. Experience collaborating closely with centralized or wider corporate Incident Response teams during high-severity events.
