i.e., tip sheets, guidelines, etc. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EMaintain and update training and reference materials to reflect current status %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EMentors and coaches to ensure that new Coding Staff and current Team have the knowledge and skills for success %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EPerforms concurrent and retrospective reviews to monitor progress of new and current Team members %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EProvides feedback to ensure their success %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EIdentify educational trends and gaps through audit findings and develop targeted tutorials %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ESubmit educational content for CEU approval through AHIMA or AAPC %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ECreates and presents targeted educational materials to improve the quality and completeness of coding %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3ECoding and reimbursement guidelines relative to CDI clinical reviews and queries, (in collaboration with the CDI team) %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EDenials, relative to coding (in collaboration with the Denials Team), %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EFocused second level reviews;
