College Recruiting Support Associate/Intern

League One Volleyball (LOVB) is a mission-led sports performance, training, and media enterprise focused on changing women’s sports through volleyball. The College Recruiting Support Associate/Intern supports college recruiting through social media content, digital platform management, live event coverage, administrative assistance, and athlete database maintenance.

What you'll do:

• Manage LOVB Recruiting day to day social media content and activities including uploading recruiting videos to our instagram and youtube channel
• Create short form video content (ex: Reels, Tiktok, stories for distribution)
• Manage google classroom, sports recruits. HUDL for LOVB Clubs
• Provide real time platform coverage during live matches and events by traveling to tournaments or clubs 3-4 times per season for recruiting content including Nationals for AAU and USAV
• Help our national recruiting director with daily admin duties
• Assist the Recruiting team with tracking and evaluating club players
• Maintain and update the internal athlete database with recruiting notes, stats, commits and contact info

• Social Media, digital platform, google classroom, HUDL and workspace
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Management or related field
• Experience in using social media platforms and producing content as well as gathering analytics
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Solutions-oriented and able to identify when to escalate issues or challenges
• Strong collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working independently while effectively partnering with a distributed, remote team
• Positive, proactive, organized, and creative - brings fresh ideas to problem-solving
• Highly adaptable and eager to learn in a rapidly evolving environment
• Ability to operate a computer and use a keyboard, mouse, and video conferencing tools
• Ability to clearly communicate via video, phone, and written channels
• Flexibility to work anywhere in the US (primarily over Zoom and digital platforms) with willingness to travel for site visits and other business- related destinations
