Commercial Business Development Manager
- Develop and grow commercial accounts within your territory
- Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance agents/adjusters, commercial real estate professionals, and other key referral partners
- Maintain consistent in-person meetings, site visits, and networking activity
- Identify opportunities for emergency restoration and reconstruction services
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process
- Represent Paul Davis professionally in the community and at industry events
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Strong relationship-builder with a proactive sales approach
- Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and accountable
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable networking and meeting with decision-makers face-to-face
- Ability to manage multiple relationships and opportunities simultaneously
- Competitive mindset with a drive to grow territory revenue
- Professional presence and confidence in commercial environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
- Experience in restoration, reconstruction, construction, commercial services, roofing, facilities management, or insurance-related industries preferred
- Existing relationships within commercial property management, insurance, or facilities industries is a plus
- Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales goals
- CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally within territory
