Commercial Lines Product Summer Internship – Short Hills, NJ or Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Selective Insurance is a U.S. property and casualty insurance company offering an 11-week Ignite Internship Program for college students. The Commercial Lines Product Summer Intern will support Agile product teams by analyzing commercial insurance products, writing enhancement requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and assisting with Agile team activities.

What you'll do:

• Analyze Selective’s current Commercial products
• Write requirements for future enhancements
• Perform User Acceptance Testing of completed work
• Assist product group’s Agile team

What they're looking for:

• Must be a current college student to qualify
• Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry
• High School Diploma required
• Ideal internship candidates will be full-time undergraduate college Juniors or Seniors, with the ability to perform at a professional level
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred
