Commercial Marketing Product Artist Internship - Summer 2027

Springs Window Fashions is a window covering company seeking a motivated intern to support its Commercial Marketing Team. The intern will audit, create, update, and standardize technical product documentation while coordinating with product, marketing, and technical stakeholders to validate content.

What you'll do:

• Review the existing library of technical documents (data sheets, spec sheets, comparison guides) for accuracy, brand consistency, and formatting alignment
• Identify and flag any gaps found, outdated specs, or inconsistencies across product lines
• Create and update technical documentation using established templates to ensure new pieces match existing brand standards
• Design new formatting standards or templates for a select set of documents
• Bring a fresh perspectinve to a defined piece of the library - resulting work usable in design portfolio
• Work with product, marketing, and technical stakeholders to source accurate specs and validate content before publishing

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred
• Marketing Major Preferred
