Commercial Marketing: Sustainability Data Specialist Internship - Summer 2027

Springs Window Fashions is a North American window covering company seeking a Commercial Marketing Sustainability Data Specialist Intern for its Commercial Marketing Team. The intern will support compliance and sustainability data efforts in the 3E platform by auditing product data, uploading component information, onboarding suppliers, and verifying supplier data.

What you'll do:

• Data Cleanup: + Audit and clean existing product data in 3E, correcting errors, filling gaps, and standardizing entries across product categories
• Parts Upload: + Upload and organize part-level data for manual, motorized, and electronics components into 3E, ensuring proper categorization and completeness
• Supplier Onboarding: + Help onboard new suppliers to the 3E platform - guide them through data submission requirements and verifying initial uploads
• Supplier Data Verification: + Survey textile suppliers to confirm existing data (material composition, compliance certifications, sourcing info) is current and accurate, following up on discrepancies

What they're looking for:

• Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore/Junior level
• Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Previous internship experience in relevant function
• Marketing Major Preferred
