Community Director

Advanced Asset Management has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Community Director at Oslothe6th, Aurora, Colorado.

The successful candidate will:

• 2–4 years of experience in property management or business.
• Prior experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred from a four-year college or university.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Professional demeanor with experience in property management or business
• Strong communication, listening, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Team leadership: ability to lead, manage, train, and collaborate effectively
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
• Calm, patient, consistent, and composed in emergencies or high-stress situations
• Customer-focused: courteous and empathetic in all interactions
• Strong time, task, and project management with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands
• Skilled in interpreting instructions, writing reports/manuals, and understanding business/regulatory material
• Proficient in basic math and financial analysis (e.g., rent, percentages, budgets)
