Community Marketing & Events Coordinator

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Tri-Valley is seeking a Community Marketing & Events Coordinator to build brand recognition across the local community. The part-time role coordinates community events and marketing campaigns, creates social media content, captures content in the field, and tracks engagement and leads.

What you'll do:

• Identify, coordinate, and attend local fairs, festivals, school events, sports events, and community gatherings
• Plan event activations, giveaways, sponsorships, and neighborhood marketing campaigns
• Create short‑form video and social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Capture content at events, jobsites, and with our technicians and team
• Maintain a local content and event calendar
• Track engagement, leads, and results from community marketing activities

What they're looking for:

• Outgoing personality and confidence engaging with new people
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short‑form video trends
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently
• Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for community events
• No HVAC experience required
• Experience in events, social media, field marketing, hospitality, promotions, or community engagement is preferred
