Community Operations Intern

Faraday Future is a California-based technology company focused on intelligent, connected electric vehicles and AI-enabled technologies. The Community Operations Intern will manage daily community activity across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu, organize community events, create content, and transform user feedback into actionable insights.

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day community operations across WeChat, Discord, and Xiaohongshu — drive conversations, answer questions, and keep the community engaged
• Plan and execute hackathons, tech talks, and developer meetups end-to-end, from program design and promotion to on-site execution and retrospectives
• Create community content and campaign copy; curate high-quality user-generated content (UGC)
• Gather user feedback, deliver weekly community metrics reports, and nurture key opinion consumers (KOCs)

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above
• Strong writing skills and fluency with major social platforms
• Solid understanding of the North American humanoid robotics industry (e.g., Tesla Optimus, Figure, 1X) and the Web3 space — community culture, DAO governance, and common playbooks such as airdrops, whitelists, and NFT communities
• Empathetic, highly organized, and execution-driven
• Prior experience running social accounts or communities is a plus
