Compliance Operations Analyst

Meow provides startups with business accounts, corporate cards, and financial reporting infrastructure. The Compliance Operations Analyst will conduct high-complexity enhanced due diligence reviews, analyze regulatory and ownership information, perform targeted outreach and source validation, and produce clear, defensible EDD reports.

What you'll do:

• Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases
• Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront
• Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)
• Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps
• Validate against primary source docs
• Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)
