Computer Engineer/Data Scientist Intern, 2027 (REQ#43533)

Amway is offering an internship within its Research & Development / Quality Assurance team, focused on applying AI, data science, and predictive analytics to quality and sustainability challenges. The intern will develop predictive models and data-driven insights to identify potential quality issues, quantify waste and environmental impacts, and communicate findings to support operational and sustainability outcomes.

What you'll do:

• The intern will develop predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions that help identify potential quality issues before they occur. Using manufacturing, operational, and quality datasets, the intern will explore patterns, build predictive models, and develop data-driven insights that support earlier intervention and decision-making
• The intern will also help quantify the business and sustainability impact of these solutions by evaluating reductions in material and packaging waste, estimating environmental benefits, and identifying opportunities for recycling and recovery
