QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum two years' experience / training in hospitality and/or customer service preferred
-
Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
Requirements
Job Summary:
As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and support the overall hospitality experience within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Provide information and support for resident services
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
