About this role
What You'll Do
This position is responsible for:
- Consolidation and reporting of financials for all U.S. and Canadian Assembly Plants
- Support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and external/internal audit procedures related to Assembly Plant financials
- Review, develop, and consolidate Manufacturing Assembly business plans as well as reviewing model year budgets and capitalization forecasts
- Present monthly results to the Director of North America Manufacturing Finance
- Provide guidance and frequent interaction with Manufacturing Operations personnel as well as Assembly Plant Finance staffs
- Create on-demand budgets for special studies used by senior management in making long-term investment decisions

- A diversified experience working with a variety of people in different roles at both Corporate and Plant level to accomplish overall department objectives
- A better understanding of actual and forecasted Financial Performance
- A deep understanding of annual budgets and forecasts adjusted for the new model year budget standards
- Additional exposure to SOX, compliance and internal controls

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Finance experience
- Demonstrated success in financial analysis, process improvements, and leading a project or a team
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite products and financial consolidation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CMA, CPA or equivalent
- Preferably industrial environment experience
- SAP, and Hyperion Essbase
