Consulting Internship: Business Systems Analyst (Summer 2027)

CapTech is a technology consulting firm hiring a Business Systems Analyst intern for its Elevate program. The 10-week, in-person internship simulates a client engagement, where interns work in teams to address client problems and experience the lifecycle of an IT consulting project.

What you'll do:

• Act as Scrum Master/Product Owner for development team
• Work with client stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and document requirements
• Analyze the current state and help design the future state
• Help set project cadence and lead team ceremonies
• Lead stakeholder reviews and client presentations

What they're looking for:

• Undergraduate Juniors
• Current undergraduates with expected graduation dates in December 2027 - May 2028 who will be seeking full-time work after graduation
• Demonstrated an ability to be self-motivated contributors in a team environment
• Prior long-term school project or internship experience working in a team to create a deliverable
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle
• Authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Experience with SQL and/or Python
• Exposure to consulting and/or client stakeholder-facing work from prior experiences
• Analytics, Computer Science, BIT, Systems Engineering majors
