Contact Center Recruiter

MCI is hiring a Contact Center Recruiter to support talent acquisition in a high-volume BPO environment. The role sources, screens, and hires contact center staff while coordinating recruitment needs and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Associates Degree, Certification or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
